As an Arizona State University Master of Social Work graduate and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to excellence in the psychotherapy profession. I have over a decade of experience in the field.
Much of my clinical experience has been with A New Leaf, a non-profit organization, providing services as a mental health clinician for nearly five years including the Open Arms specialized program focusing on sexual abuse as well as at the Dorothy B. Mitchell Counseling Center. In addition, I worked as a psycho-educational diversion counselor at Justice Services, Inc. for over four years including servicing adult offenders in the Arizona prison system for the Senate Bill 1291 Program focusing on early release for drug offenders.
I also have experience working in residential settings including Florence Crittenton of Arizona, Parc Place and Dorothy Mitchell Residence. While much of my post-graduate work has been providing counseling services for children ages 4-17 and their families, I also have a great deal of experience with adults.
In addition to my educational and employment experience, I offer personal integrity, trustworthiness, effective communication and respect for all people. I adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics, HIPAA standards, as well as the expectations of the Arizona Board of Behavioral Heath Examiners.
